Team Apex delivers high-energy, skills-driven programs for students ages 6 and up, welcoming all experience levels. Our striking curriculum fuses the strongest elements of American & Dutch-style Kickboxing, Muay Thai & Boxing to build a complete stand-up skill set. Train in the “Art of Eight Limbs” — and beyond — inside a fun, motivating, and supportive environment.
Teaching you the fundamentals of Thai Boxing.
Level 1 Muay Thai (Beginner-Friendly) is the perfect way to get started in the art of eight limbs while building a strong foundation in striking. This high-energy workout boosts endurance, burns fat, tones muscle, and teaches fundamental Muay Thai techniques.
Designed for all fitness levels, our 60-minute sessions blend authentic striking, blocking, and self-defense skills with an engaging workout that helps you push your limits. On average, you can expect to burn 600–800 calories per class while learning techniques that improve fitness, confidence, and practical real-world self-defense.
