Level IV Kickboxing

Level 4 is our highest level of training and represents our Fight Team, which competes in full-contact competition.  This program is for the most dedicated students who are ready to push their athletic limits and strive to become the best kickboxer they can be.

Fighters in this program train regularly throughout the week, attend strength and conditioning sessions, and are required to do roadwork (jogging, sprints, strength training, bodyweight conditioning, etc.) outside of gym hours.  They also follow a personalized nutrition plan designed to replenish their body and optimize energy.  We work with each fighter to create individualized training and nutrition plans to support their progress.

Training is hard and smart.  Fighters only spar hard a couple of weeks leading up to a competition.  The focus remains on minimizing damage and emphasizing technical training, just like in our other levels.  Our philosophy is simple: you can apply power behind good technique, but throwing power shots with bad technique can lead to injury or poor performance.

REQUIREMENTS

This program requires a deep commitment to yourself, your team, and your coaches. Level 4 students are not only fighters but team leaders.  When they’re not preparing for a fight, they are expected to help fellow team members achieve their goals.

Fighters must show consistent growth and determination to be their best.  Training is grueling but incredibly rewarding, designed to push each athlete to their limits.

To be selected for this full-contact fight team, students should have participated in PKB (Point Kickboxing) competitions and proven their readiness for the next level.
