Team Apex delivers high-energy, skills-driven programs for students ages 6 and up, welcoming all experience levels. Our striking curriculum fuses the strongest elements of American & Dutch-style Kickboxing, Muay Thai & Boxing to build a complete stand-up skill set. Train in the “Art of Eight Limbs” — and beyond — inside a fun, motivating, and supportive environment.
Level 1 Kickboxing (also known as Cardio Kickboxing) is the perfect way to get started in the sport, and to kick-start your fitness goals.
This exhilarating aerobic workout boosts endurance, burns fat, tones muscle, and teaches fundamental self-defense skills. Suitable for all fitness levels, our high-energy class lets you push your limits while learning authentic striking techniques.
During a typical 60-minute session, you can expect to burn between 600-800 calories. Plus, you’ll gain real Muay Thai and Kickboxing striking and blocking techniques that are not only great for fitness but also practical in real-world self-defense situations.
