Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Our Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is a practical, effective martial art designed to prepare children to protect themselves in any self-defense situation. Each class starts with warm-up drills that help build stamina, strength, and speed. Afterward, students are taught a series of techniques. While the primary focus is on grappling, we also incorporate takedown techniques from Judo, giving children valuable, non-violent self-defense skills. Once the techniques are demonstrated, students practice through controlled, supervised sparring sessions.

BJJ is enjoyable for children of all ages and provides numerous benefits:

Enhances balance, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Lays a solid foundation for more advanced BJJ techniques as they grow
