Kickboxing isn’t just a martial art to us — it’s our passion! We offer a variety of exciting programs tailored for everyone, from ages 6 and up, at any skill level. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned fighter, our kickboxing program is designed to meet your needs.
Our program is a dynamic blend of Muay Thai, Boxing, and American Kickboxing, providing the ultimate striking skills set. You’ll learn the “Art of Eight Limbs,” which includes using your fists, elbows, knees, and shins. We begin with a traditional Thai Boxing stance and incorporate advanced Boxing techniques like head movement, footwork, and angle cutting, along with American Kickboxing techniques such as spinning back kicks, axe kicks, and heel kicks. This “Dutch-Style” approach merges elements from each discipline, offering a comprehensive and well-rounded training experience.
At our facility, we believe in a “Team” approach to training. Experienced students work alongside beginners to elevate the skill level of the entire team. We offer multiple levels of kickboxing, ensuring that every student, regardless of their experience, learns the same techniques used by our fight team but at a pace that’s comfortable for them. No matter which program you join, you’ll acquire authentic striking skills that are effective both in the gym and in competition.

Level 1 Kickboxing teaches you the basics of kickboxing.
You’ll learn a proper stance and the technical aspects of kicking and punching.
Working with a partner, you will drill combinations using gloves and Thai pads. This is a no-contact, cardio kickboxing class.
Our Level 2 Kickboxing program is an introduction to the technical aspects of kickboxing with an active partner.
Wearing full gear, you’ll work on back-and-forth drills, learning how to strike, counter strike and work your defense effectively.
We emphasize controlled contact with each student striking at 30% power.
Level 3 Kickboxing is for students that want to compete in semi-contact (PKB) tournaments.
You’ll learn advanced offensive and defensive fighting, clinching, sweeping, throwing elbows etc.
You’ll participate in regular technical sparring sessions, focusing on scoring strikes, rather than power shots.
Our Level 4 Kickboxing program that prepares our fight team for competition.
Fighters train 6 days per week and must attend strength and conditioning classes 3 times per week, as well as adhere to a nutrition plan.
This is for serious athletes that have PKB experience and want to compete in full contact Kickboxing or Muay Thai.
Cardio Kickboxing will kick-start your fitness goals with an awesome aerobic workout.
You’ll learn authentic Muay Thai while increasing your endurance, burning fat, toning muscle, and gaining flexibility. Most of all — you’ll have a BLAST!

Our Youth Kickboxing program offers practical kickboxing and self-defense lessons.
These skills empower teens to respond effectively in real-life situations.

Our Kids Kickboxing program teaches basic kickboxing and self-defense – as well as discipline, respect, patience, courage, and humility.
