KICKBOXING

Kickboxing isn’t just a martial art to us — it’s our passion! We offer dynamic, high-energy programs for students of all ages and experience levels, starting at age 6.  Our striking curriculum blends the most effective elements of Muay Thai, Boxing and American Kickboxing to give students the ultimate stand-up skill set.  You’ll learn the “Art of Eight Limbs” — and then some — in a fun, supportive, and challenging environment.

Whether you’re brand new to striking or a seasoned athlete, our Muay Thai Kickboxing program is designed to meet you where you are and guide you every step of the way on your martial arts journey.

SKILL LEVELS

We offer multiple levels of Muay Thai Kickboxing, ensuring that every student—regardless of experience—learns the same techniques used by our top-tier Level 4 Kickboxing competition team, but at a pace that suits their individual journey.

At Apex Kickboxing, we embrace a team-based training environment where experienced students support and train alongside beginners, helping everyone grow together.  No matter which program you choose, you’ll gain authentic striking skills that deliver a powerful full-body workout and are effective for both self-defense and competition.

Level I

Beginner Kickboxing

Level 1 Kickboxing builds your foundation with proper stance, footwork, and the essential techniques of striking, including powerful punches and effective kicks.

Level II

Intro to Semi-Contact

Level 2 Kickboxing introduces partner drills with full gear. Learn to strike, counter, and defend with control—focusing on technique, timing, and 30% power contact.

Level III

Semi-Contact Competition

Level 3 Kickboxing prepares students for semi-contact PKB tournaments. Learn advanced striking, clinch, knees, sweeps & technical sparring focused on scoring.

Level IV

Full-Contact Fight Team

Level 4 Kickboxing trains fighters for full-contact Muay Thai. Includes 6-day training, strength & conditioning, and a nutrition plan. For serious athletes.

CARDIO KICKBOXING

No Contact

Cardio Kickboxing blends real Muay Thai with high-energy workouts to burn fat, build endurance, and tone muscle. Have a blast while getting fit—just bring an extra shirt!

Youth Kickboxing

Ages 10-14

Youth Kickboxing teaches practical self-defense, striking skills, and non-violent conflict resolution—building confidence, resilience, and real-world readiness through martial arts.

Kids Kickboxing

Ages 6-9

Our Kids Kickboxing program builds strong bodies & minds through kickboxing, self-defense & life skills like respect, discipline, courage, and focus—skills that last a lifetime.
