Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Class Schedule Update

Hello Team.

We\’re adding two Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes to the schedule. Starting 9/14/20, John Connell will teach Monday & Wednesday from 6:30pm-7:30pm, and Geoff Balme will teach Tuesday & Thursday from 6:30pm-7:30pm. We will add Saturdays, from 10:00am-11:30am to the schedule starting September 26th.

Jeff Piercy will begin No-Gi Grappling classes early November.

We continue to require all members to follow our COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures so we limit everyone\’s exposure to COVID-19. You can review these guidelines at any time by clicking the button below.

Joe Lewis Seminar

We provided a location for Karate black belts and students of the Joe Lewis Fighting System to host a memorial for Mr. Lewis. Guests include Bill “Superfoot” Wallace, Kevin “Hurricane” Hudson and many other talented and professional Karate. We’re honored to provide this space for a great group of people.
