Class Schedule Updates

We moved things around a bit for Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and No-Gi Grappling, and we\’ve added an Adult BJJ Fundamentals class.

We will continue having Adult BJJ on Mondays with coach Jake Anson, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays with coach Geoff Balme from 6:30pm-7:30pm.

We\’re moving No-Gi Grappling, with coach Jeff Piercy to Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30pm-7:30pm starting Monday, November 2nd.

Beginning Wednesday, November 4th, we\’re changing Wednesday evening class from 6:30pm-7:30pm to Adult BJJ Fundamentals with coach Grason Cook. Read below for details.

BJJ FUNDAMENTALS

We\’re introducing an Adult Fundamentals class so new students have the opportunity to learn the basics without feeling overwhelmed. The class will work through basic techniques and end with flow drills to practice what you\’ve learned in class. Students can choose to roll in other classes throughout the week. This class will be on Wednesdays from 6:30pm-7:30pm with coach Grason Cook.
