Welcome Back Coach John Knight

We\’re happy to announce that coach John Knight is back with us teaching the Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and No-Gi Grappling classes on Monday & Wednesday. John is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt under Professor Geoff Balme. He is a local veteran in BJJ and kickboxing and he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the mat. We\’re excited to have John back with us. If you\’ve never worked with him, do yourself a favor and attend his classes. He\’s an amazing instructor and his classes are a lot of fun.
